The Clear Coach approach is taken from many different disciplines, tools and techniques. The most important approach is the creation of an effective working relationship. The coach will work to ensure that the relationship is coachee-centred to explore whatever is relevant and useful in achieving the desired outcomes.

Within the coaching relationship the coach will use tools and exercises to raise the coachee’s awareness and to identify possible changes in the coachee’s behaviour. It is likely that these changes will be small, manageable and measurable and will take the coachee a step closer to the desired outcome. It is often the case that small changes open the door to far greater awareness and potential.


All Clear Coach programmes are tailored to individuals and a common Clear Coach objective is to enable and equip coachees to continue their learning, growth and development beyond the end of the programme.
