The Kennedy Model

This Diagram shows how coaching is different to, yet borrows form, other people centred interventions. Listening, empathy and relational skills are borrowed from the red and orange of the spectrum whilst guidance and passing on of information and skills are borrowed from indigo and violet. ‘This is an illustration developed by Steve Kennedy, founder of Clear Coach, to demonstrate where business coaching fits into the coaching spectrum.’
